If the product does not convince you, we will exchange or refund your money. We do not want you to have a product that does not satisfy you. You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to make an exchange or refund.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account on our website. Enter the My Orders section and go to the order containing the item to exchange or return. Make the application using the form you'll find there. When you receive email with our approval you can already prepare the package for shipment.

2. Prepare the package. Place the item in its original packaging with the packing slip and close the package well. Then hits the return label on the outside of the package, making sure there is no other. You got ready to send by mail. Once we receive the package and revise everything is fine, we'll send you an email confirmation and get your money back immediately.

The shipping returns costs are your responsibility, unless in the case of an exchange or refund due to an error on our part. We will not accept freight collect shipments.
