THE CONCEPT
The idea is to bring together chefs from different cities and countries on the stove, creating ephemeral events where different gastronomies meet.
Our team is based on young chefs, the majority with experience abroad, or from other countries, thereby contributing diversification to their way of understanding cooking.
Each chef cooks in another chef's restaurant, bringing his recipes, products and personal touch.
Together they will create a mix menu of their two styles, complementing each other to create a unique and authentic dinner.
